Returns

We hope you will love your order from The Swift Quilting Company.

However, if you are not 100% happy, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange to return the item for exchange or refund.

Before sending your returns back you must contact us for instructions, and ensure that your items are in an unused condition and with the original packaging intact.  We are unable to accept returns of used or soiled goods and these will be returned to you at your own cost. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if in the unlikely event the handling of the goods has dimished the value of the goods returned.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us and as we cannot be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post we recommend that all returns are sent recorded delivery.

Once we have received your return we will process your refund within five working days to the original payment method.
